Main feature of QT12-15F concrete block making machine:

3. Germany siemens PLC control system : QT12-15F block machine uses Germany siemens PLC control system and siemens touch Screen . Combine with the fault diagnosis system . It offers a dynamic display of the system's status , automatic troubleshooting , and a warning notice .
4. Frequency conversion Technology : since soft start function control has reduced the motor starting current , it protects the motor and extends its service life , because the main vibration adopts low-frequency standby . high- frequency operation , so it improves the speed of operation , And it also reduces machnical accessory and motor damage . most of all , the frequency converter saving about 30-40% power than the traditional converter .
5. Mold : the mold frame is made with inlaid structure , and the mold is processed via the procedures of carburzing , nitriding ,and quenching , so its service life can be up to 1200000 times production .
New updating improvement after the year 2017 : on the both sides of the mold , we add 3 aseismic bags for each side . they can reduce the impact force . protect the mold and oil cylinder in the molding process greatly .Add 2 pcs of guiding shaft and one adjusting wheel on each side , so it is easy and faster to adjust the material feeder height . Regarding the materials feeding system , a bigger and solid swing feeding arm replaced the hollow one , the motors changed to one bigger motor since one force is more concentrated and synchronous than two.
