Materials
42CrMo materials are ideal for applications requiring high strength, toughness and wear resistance. It is able to withstand
temperatures below 500 degrees, making it versatile, reliable performance and excellent processability. In addition, we can offer
a choice of materials that compound customer needs.
Forging
The forging of bending mold materials is a complex and fine process, which requires strict control of the process parameters of
each link to ensure that high-quality mold materials are forged.

Heat treatment
Our bending dies are quenched in one piece and can also be laser hardened at the tip/notch for maximum protection and hardness.
The standard hardness of the overall quenching die is HRC45-50, and the hardness of the working area (mainly the notch of the
lower die and the tip of the upper die) is HRC55-60.
