Stamped tungsten crucible
The tungsten crucibles can be produced of a tungsten plate by stamping, spinning, or welding. It can be used to produce single-use square or round crucible. Thickness typically 0.5 to 3 mm. Such tungsten crucible Purity: W ≥99.95%; density is usually up 19g/cm3

Forged tungsten crucible
The tungsten crucible can be made of tungsten rod by turning , generally they are smaller and with higher density. Usually the wall thickness 3-10 mm; diameter of 80 mm. They are widely used by sintering furnaces for ceramics and other materials
or vacuum evaporation coating machine. Purity: W ≥ 99.95%; density are usually based on different diameters of up to 18.3 to 19g/cm3

Package and Inspection:
Every tungsten crucible is under strict nondestructive test and density detection. We offer material composition sheet and examination report of the sintered tungsten crucible. We also pack the crucibles in shock and moisture-proof plywood case independently.

Notice:
1.Before use, it is recommended that the consumer anneal (de-gas) crucibles in a vacuum without batch charging;
2.In a furnace, the annulment process should be supported with a vacuum at P< 10-3mmhg;
3.When preparing a sintered tungsten crucible for work, the consumer should not allow a sharp rise or fall in temperature, or abbreviate the recommended time periods for holding temperatures.

metal extracting, metallurgical industry, machinery processing, glass and ceramic industries,etc.
