 Carcase Material Selection :

1. 16mm or 18mm E1 grade moisture resistant particleboard (MFC ) both sides with warm white melamine ,1mm matching color pvc edge banding .

2. 15mm or 18mm E1 grade meduim density fibreboard (MDF) both sides with warm white melamine ,1mm matching color PVC edge banding .

3. 15mm or 18mm E1 grade plywood both sides with warm white melamine ,1mm matching color PVC edge banding .

Back panel : 5mm E1 grade MDF both sides with warm white melamine or same thinckness material like carcase .

Door panel : 18mm E1 grade MDF inside white melamine outside high gloss wood grain UV painted .The edge can be pvc edge ,arcylic edge or aluminium alloy edge .

Exposed side : same as door panel finishing .

The door panel finishing we also can do in melamine ,PVC,laminate,lacquer,Acrylic ,wood veneer .

Kicker board selection :

1. Aluminium alloy kicker H=100mm or 150mm

2. Stainless steel kicker H=100mm or 150mm

3. Same finishing as door panel ,can be any height .

Countertop selection : artificial stone ,composite acrylic or quartz .

Drawer runner selection :

1. Full extension ball bearing with soft close

2. Undermounted tracker with soft close

3. Tandem box with soft close

Hinge : Each door with one soft close system . Both the hinge and drawer runner we can offer Chinese brand or other international brand like Blum ,Hettich ,Hafele .

Other Hardware selection : Handle .pul-out basket ,corner basket ,sink ,water tap ,lift stay, gas spring .
