Application of plate heat exchanger pasteurizer
Brief introduction of plate heat exchanger pasteurizer
Sterilization principle is limited in a certain temperature range, the lower the temperature, the
slower the bacteria; higher the temperature, the faster propagation.
If the temperature is high enough, the bacteria will die. Different bacteria have different optimum
growth temperature, heat resistance, and cold capacity.
Pasteurization is actually not very resistant pathogens exploit the characteristics of treatment with
the appropriate temperature and time, kill them all. However, after pasteurization, there would still
retains a small portion of harmless or beneficial bacreria, compared with a heat-resistant bacteria
or bacterial spores.
Features of plate heat exchanger pasteurizer
