Application

It can cut v-cut pcb board to units. Suitable for pcb, aluminum pcb, fiber panel.

Available PCB thickness: from 0.2mm to 3.2 mm

Available V-cut thickness: from 0.2mm to 2.0mm

Maximum board length:  Any length pcb is available, we have different models machine according to your pcb length.

Features

1, Controlled by microcomputer program, it can cut board accurately with no error.

2, Adjustable blade moving speed: 300mm/s or 500mm/s. As per customers' need, certain speed can be set.

3, Upper blade can be adjustable between 0 and 2mm to meet different thickness of PCB and V-cut. 

4, Operation platform can be adjustable higher and lower between 0 and 50mm.

5, As per your pcb length, we have different models for you. So any length pcb is available.

6. Available board thickness: 0-3.2mm, V-groove thickness:0-2mm

7. Pre-set the cutting start and end point to well control the cutting length.

8. The blades are sharp and endurable. And they can be sharpened between 7 and 10 times.

9. Minimize the shearing stress to avoid micro-cracks of the solder joints

Working principle

Fix the v-cut of the pcb on the lower blade, and the upper circular blade moves to cut the pcb. Clear cut, no damage to PCB.
