     Q: Where is your factory? May I go and visit it?

     Q: Is it possible to know the production process of my products without visiting your factory?

  A: Sure. That way we may offer you with a detailed production schedule and report the whole production

     Q: What's the lead time for sample? Will you charge for it?

     A: Samples are normally send in 7days after sample fee payment confirmed. If it need to invest a new mould, then the lead time will be delayed for another 10-15days more.

     Q: What's the lead time for mass production?

     A: Mass production are usually finished in 20-25days after samples accepted as well as prepaid payment confirmed. It can also be negotiated.

     Q: Can I get LOGO printed on my product?

     A: Of course. The only thing you need to do for this purpose is to send us your LOGO design, then the rest is on our side. :)

     Q: What about shipping & payment terms?

     A: FOB port of Yantian, as shown in the product overview. Payment terms should be 30% prepaid by T / T before mass production, 70% balance before all shipment by T/T. We also accept payment via PayPal, West Union and L/C.

     Q: How can I place an order to you?

     A: Usually the whole process goes as follow (based on T/T payment and marine transportation):

          Step 1.You give us an inquiry on product with detailed specifications and quantity, it can be your own drawing sheet or specified standard document.

          Step 2.We get the cost and profit accounted to send you a quotation with reasonable price.

          Step 3.You accept our quote and pay us sample fee.

          Step 4. We offer a sample to you for your assessment, freight at our expense.

          Step 5.If sample approved, you pay us 30% advance payment of the mass production by T/T.

          Step 6.We do mass production for you, this process usually takes 20-25days and can be negotiated.

          Step 7.We send you a packing list and photos or videos to prove the whole production is down, then you pay us 70% balance by T/T.

          Step 8.We get all shipment done and send you the original B/L for you to pick up goods. Then the whole transaction is done.

     Remarks:We are willing to provide LONG-DISTANCE AFTER-SALES SERVICE SUPPORT if you get any problems after picking up the good. We can also send products through DHL, FedEx or UPS if the quantity is not large. Picture-7 shows some detailed information about package and transport.
