According to the connection of reinforced bar, the machine is combined with international advanced technology, and it is our own R&D with the collection of electric, hydraulic and pneumatic automatic technology, which has the lead at home to reach the international advanced level. It can saw rebar with diameter 12-50mm, HRB335, HRB400, HRB500, with high efficiency, sized automatically, save raw material, easy operation. The material storage rack is equipped with tonnage capacity, can be cooperated with transport unit to save time, feeding roller avoid a second removal. The transport unit is V style, which is more hard wearing, reduce noise and long-life. Threading machine is equipped clamped automatically, reduce diameter and thread fully automatically.
Features:
1. Servo motor control system is adopted in steel bar fixed ruler mechanism to adjust the distance between the sawing blade and positioning baffle through servo motor drive screw mechanism. With encoder measurement, the length precision can up to ±2 mm, which is better than those controlled with frequency conversion motor control system. And various lengths of steel bars can be cut.
2. With high production efficiency, the main sawing machine can automatically align the ends of the raw steel bars. The sawing width can up to 450 mm. And it can saw 17 steel bars with φ20 in about one minute.
3. The first-stage set of wire roller conveyor platform adopts chain drive, which can be used for the temporary storage of steel bars after the alignment. It can reduce second transportation of the assembly work to improve production efficiency.
