Description:

Boiling drier is also called as fluidzed-bed it consists of air filter,heater,fluidized-bed main machine,feeder,cyclone separator,cloth bag duster,high-pressure centrifuge fan and operation table.Because the properties of raw materials exist difference,when equip the dust removing equipment,it should concide the practical need,it can select cyclone  separator and cloth bag duster at the same time or one of them.in general speaking,it needs to select cyclone  separator only for raw material that is large in specific gravity and cloth bag duster for powder and small granule raw materials that is light in specific gravity.Meanwhile there is air feeding device and belt conveyor for selection.

Applications:

1.Situable for dryer powder and granule material such as raw material in pharmaceutical industry, granule material for pressing tablet, infusion of Chinese medicine and chemical industry

2.Dryer and damp removing of citric acid, other powder and granule shape materials.

3.It can also be suitable for food, drinking infusion, etc; in grain process, drying maize embryo, and feedstuff

4.In general the maximum size of material may reach 6 mm. The best is 0.5 ~ 3 mm.

Principles:

1.The clean and hot air enters into fluid bed through distributor of valve plate.

2.The wet material is fed from the feeder forming the fluid state by hot air.

3.Because of the wide contact between hot air and raw materials, the time of drying is short.

4.The air enters from the front of bed, fluidized in bed for several minutes, and floats another side of bed.
