1. Can sample be provided before order?
Yes, 10 bags are provided as free sample for buyer's preview. Any cost from shipping or express will be paid by buyer.

2. Is customization service provided for logo and packaging?
Yes, subject to MOQ 10,000 bags, we are happy to provide customization with buyer's logo and packaging. The lead time would be at least 30 days.  

3.How long will it take for shipping?
Within 500 bags in standard packaging, only 7 days is required before shipping. For larger order, 30 days is expected to prepare.
