traditional granite millstones.
In its blend prevails the sweetness of the Pizzutella variety and the aggressiveness of the Olivastra.
The result is an oil with a light taste, perfect to combine with delicate dishes both raw and for
cooking.
Fruity of green olive with a slight sent of almond and grass. Sweet and balanced taste with no bitterness. Slightly spicy.
