Product Description

 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil obtained from hand-picked local olives

We collect our olives near Gravina in Puglia and process them in the mill within 3 hours of harvesting. This allows us to obtain an extra virgin olive oil with very low maximum acidity (0.3%), rich in antioxidants, medium fruity, highly appreciated for its aroma and qualities.

Cold pressed, superior quality and tradition since 1894

Once ripe at the right point, we hand-pick our Bambino and Coratina variety olives. We work them only with traditional mechanical processes, without adding processes or chemicals. In addition to preserving its qualities, the cold mechanical pressing guarantees the integrity and genuineness of our extra virgin olive oil.

The real Apulian EVO oil, flavors and aromas of the most beautiful land in the world

Our extra virgin olive oil is the key ingredient in the kitchen. It has a nice olfactory freshness reminiscent of artichoke, chicory and vegetable green. It expresses itself with an intriguing complexity and an excellent balance in its bitter and spicy components, which follow one another with cleanliness and elegance. Great consistency and pleasantness.

Extra virgin olive oil of superior quality, unmatched

Olive oil is the most important ingredient of the Mediterranean diet, essential at the table. For this reason we are committed to creating the real extra virgin olive oil of Apulia by promoting a healthy culture of oil that too often does not find space on supermarket shelves.

Storage

Extra virgin olive oil does not have a real expiration date. We recommend consuming it within 12-18 months from the bottling date. However, proper storage of the oil helps to maintain its qualities longer. Here are some tips:

Temperature: store the oil away from heat sources in rooms between 10 and 20 degrees. Do not store it in the refrigerator;
Closing: always keep the container hermetically closed. Prolonged opening facilitates oxidation and absorption of foreign odors. Keep the oil away from detergents or hygienic products.
Light: store the oil in the dark to protect it from sunlight and prevent oxidation.
