Kansai style Udon dashi soup

In the Kansai region (west part of Japan), dashi broth is made from dried bonito flakes and kelp, and is light in flavor and light golden in color.

On the other hand, in the Kanto region (East part of Japan), a dark soy sauce is added based on bonito flakes and kelp broth, so it looks dark brown in color.

This product is made "Kansai style" which has reputation for delicious udon noodles.
