RCDB series dry electromagnetic iron remover (also known as PDC series disc type, RCDY series) is a kind of iron removal device used to remove impurity iron in powder or block non-magnetic materials. The interior adopts electrician special resin casting, self-cooling fully sealed structure. It has the characteristics of large magnetic penetration depth, strong suction, dustproof, rainproof, and corrosion resistance, and can still operate reliably in harsh environments. It can be used with CF and CFL series suspended electromagnetic separators.
Its main performance indicators all meet or exceed the requirements of JB/T7689-2004 standard. This product can remove 0.1-35 kg of ferromagnetic materials mixed in non-magnetic materials.
