This udon soup broth is produced at a plant in Karatsu, Saga Prefecture (SQF certified product).

Product features: 30% less salt than our company's udon soup.
How to prepare: Place udon (about 200g) in 270ml of hot water and 1 pack of powdered soup per serving, and let simmer.  
Recommended preparation: Can be used for udon or for vegetable stir-fries and soups.
Recommended for: Japanese izakaya-style pubs, supermarkets selling Japanese foods, health-oriented EC sites
