Joe&Co. is specialized in the production of vegetable oils, organic and vegan certified, from seed oils such as flaxseed,
sunflower, canola, sesame and corn seed oil to special oils like argan, hemp, avocado, virgin coconut, sacha inchi, pumpkin and
omega 3&6 oil along with the classic extra virgin olive oil. Certified organic oils obtained exclusively by physical means without
the use of solvents, in its range there are grape seed and rice oil, balsamic vinegar from Modena, white and red vinegar, Shoyu
and Tamari soy sauce, chilli pepper dressing and the lemon juice as well.
A wide range of retail products with their own brands Crudolio and Yes Organic, also available for private labels. The production
plant and packaging is exclusively dedicated to organic, with an effective quality control system which guarantees the
traceability and certification of all production cycle.


Production


Storage and production
The storage capacity is 330 tons, divided into 16 stainless steel tanks
ranging from 15 to 30 tons each. Among these, one is dedicated to blend
oils, prepared by us, and has inside an automatic mixer.
The production is at the forefront and houses three fully automated
packaging lines capable completely for mechanized packaging.

Because it's raw: all our oils are ""virgin"" because they are obtained by mechanical pressing without industrial refining processes.
Because it's healthy: "Virgin" oils obtained by mechanical pressing maintain the nutritional properties and organoleptic characteristics of the fruit/seed.
Because it's organic: the raw material from which are obtained our oils comes from organic farming: loving each other, also starts from here!
To ensure a healthy and well balanced diet in the daily ration must be present crude vegetable oils obtained from seeds, cereals,
fruits and legumes. The most important thing, however, is that these are cold-pressed vegetable oils and not refined by industrial
processes.
There are a huge offer of organic vegetable oils available on the market, but they are not equal to each other.
If the oil during the extraction process undergoes to thermal heating above 24 °, then the nutritional and organoleptic properties
will be drastically reduced With ""cold pressing"" the production takes place through a mechanical process, without the use of
solvents, at a temperature below 24 °: the product obtained above this temperature cannot be defined as ""crude"" and only by
maintaining the lowest temperature of the oil maintain its characteristics unchanged.
