Gray Cast Iron (KM110)
2. Gears: Helical & Hypoid Bevel Gear Set, 20CrMnTi Steel, Carburizing & Nitriding, 0.3-0.6mm remaining carburized layer after precise grinding
Gears Hardness: 58-62 HRC
3. Input Configurations:
Equipped with Electric Motors (AC Motor, Brake Motor, DC Motor, Servo Motor)
Hollow Shaft Input with IEC Flange (B5/B14)
Hollow Shaft Input with NEMA Flange

2. Hardened gears, higher gear hardness and strength than RV series worm gears. Wearable and long service life
3. Energy efficient. The efficiency is more than 90%. About 10%~40% efficiency difference compared with RV series worm gearbox
4. Modular design, various combinations
5. Mounting dimensions are compatible with RV series (Except KM050 and RV050)
6. High efficiency KM series can replace RV series in wide applications
