A1: Please advise us type of speed reducer, model/size, ratio, power, order quantity or other requirements, we will send you detailed quotation. If you are not clear about which reducer you need, please tell us your requirement as much as possible, we will help you select models.
Q2: How is your quality?
A2: As a professional gearbox supplier over 10 years, we always take products quality as the top priority of enterprise development. We never cut corners on product material and processing. Each of our materials and reducers are rigorously inspected by professional quality control workers, ensuring that the products provided to customers are reliable and durable.
Q3: What is your minimum order quantity?
A3: Our MOQ is from 1pc, any customer's needs or orders will be valued, and we are willing to provide our customers with greatest support.
Q4: Can you make OEM/ODM orders?
A4: Yes, we have rich experience on OEM/ODM orders. Please consult our sales team for more details.
Q5: Do you provide samples?
A5: Yes, samples are available for quality evaluation, and sample cost will be refunded from official order.
Q6: What kind of packaging do you use?
A6: Usually we use packaging 5 layer of export standard cartons, plywood pallets, plywood cases. The packing depends on size and weight of different gearboxes, we will make sure each gearbox will be protected well to avoid damage during transportation.
Q7: What is your delivery terms and payment terms?
A7: EXW, FOB(Ningbo/Shanghai), CFR, CIF, DAP,DDP are available.
We accept T/T(30% payment as deposit, 70% payment before shipment), L/C, Cash. Related photos or videos of finished goods will be provided before your balance payment. And inspection from your side is also accepted.
Q8: How long is your lead time? How do you guarantee on-time delivery?
A8: For FCL order, 30-40 days after receiving your deposit, urgent order can be finished in 15-20days. For LCL order, it will take 7-15days.
Q9: How to deliver the goods?
A9: by sea – buyer appoints the forwarder, or our sales team finds suitable forwarder for buyers.
by air – buyer provide collect express account, or our sales team finds suitable express for buyers, mostly for sample or urgent order.
Our company can also arrange to deliver the goods to some places in China appointed by buyers.
Q10: What about your product warranty period and after-sales policy?
A10: Our warranty period is 1 year since shipment date. Our product quality complaint rate is less than 0.5%. If you meet any problems during using our products, please provide us pictures or videos, we will give feedbacks within 24 hours. If reducer failures by non-human factors, we will send spare parts or products for you to replace. Besides, our technicians can also provide remote guidance if needed.
