Our transmitter is designed for pipeline wind speed measurement. The self-developed high-precision wind speed measuring unit is responsive and can quickly and accurately measure small wind speeds with good stability, small drift and high precision. The transmitter can also calculate the real-time airflow value based on the cross-sectional area of the pipe measured. The pipeline installation method is convenient for on-site installation. The product adopts anti-interference circuit design, which can withstand various strong electromagnetic interferences such as on-site inverters. The equipment adopts imported screw-free terminal wiring, which is more convenient to use.

■The high-precision wind speed measuring unit has small starting wind speed and sensitive response, and can be applied to occasions with harsh environments such as ventilation ducts and fume pipes; 
■Adopting the full-scale secondary calibration method independently developed by the company, the linearity is good and the accuracy is high 
■Open-hole flange mounting with high-quality silicone sealing ring for low air leakage and durability
■The measuring pipe cross-sectional area can be set, and the real-time air volume value is uploaded according to the set pipe cross-sectional area.

Installation Steps

Note that it needs to be installed on the side or under the pipe. It cannot be installed from top to bottom. First, make a hole with a diameter of 20mm on the ventilation pipe, insert the air pipe into the hole, adjust the direction of the equipment so that the direction of the arrow of the device is consistent with the direction of the wind speed. The position of the flange can be adjusted to control the height of the device. Install the three screws onto the flange and secure the unit to complete the installation.
