COLD ROAD MARKING PAINT

Alkyd resin-based, one-component, solvent-based cold road marking paint.

AREA OF USE 

It can be used safely on highways, concrete, asphalt, mosaic, curbstones and factory floors and for all kinds of marking.

 

APPLICATION  

Surface Preparation:The application surface should be cleaned from all kinds of dirt, oil, dust and loose coatings, and necessary surface correction procedures should be completed. The best result is achieved on asphalt surfaces and it is not recommended for application on vacuum concrete surfaces as adhesion will be weak.

Application: For applications with a brush and roller, it should be applied without thinning, in two coats with 15 minutes apart. For applications with a spray gun, it should be applied after thinning 5-8% with road marking thinner. If desired, the glass beads can be sprayed before drying starts.

Touch dry: 10 minutes

PAINTED AREA - CONSUMPTION

In a single coat, depending on the type of wood;

4 m² surface can be painted with 0.875 Kg.

12 m² surface can be painted with 3 Kg.  

80 m² surface can be painted with 20 Kg.

100 m² surface can be painted with 25 Kg.

 

STORAGE AND PACKAGING INFORMATION

Packaging Information: 0.875 Kg, 3 Kg, 20 Kg, 25 Kg

Storage Conditions: It can be stored for 3 years in its unopened package in a cool and dry environment at a temperature of 5 to 35°C, protecting from frost and direct sunlight.
