Content
（1）Pre-treatment
of substrate
To treat the substrate with scrubbing-machine：
Acid treatment→Polish-brush→Washing→Drying→Dust removing
（2）Spraying
To manually or automatically spray after diluting with thinner.
（3） Drying
Stoving: Tunnel oven, to irradiate with ultra-violet UV tubes: 5～7 kilowatt
Time: 2-3 minutes
（4）Hardness
Pencil Hardness: 3～4H
（5）Adhesion
3M Adhesive tape: ≥ 4B
（6）Stripping
1. Aluminum product-- Stripping solution: 60% of nitric acid solution, stripping time: 150-200 seconds;
2. Stainless steel-- 5% of NaOH solution, temperature: 80±2℃, stripping time: 5-8 minutes.
Matters need attention：
1. To fully stir till it’s well-proportioned before using it.
2. To use it up within24 hours after diluting.
3. Parameters above are only for reference, the specific operation should be subject to samples.
