Product Overview
Description
This four column hydraulic press machine adopts a three-beam and four-column structure with a hydraulic cylinder on the top and a hydraulic cushion on the bottom.It adopts imported oil pump, servo motor and driver to control the action, and the system is equipped with imported high-quality pressure sensor and displacement control ruler, which can accurately adjust the control stroke. With independent power mechanism and electrical system, German Siemens PLC programmable controller programming, button centralized control, touch screen to modify the programming process parameters. It can realize the process function of fixed stroke and pressure, and two operation modes of jog and single cycle automatic. The upper and lower limits of the main cylinder are controlled by a displacement ruler, and the process parameters can be set on the touch screen. The operation is simple and safe.
