Hot dip galvanized steel street light pole
♦ Light pole was designed by anti-seismic 7 degrees & anti-wind 11 level & anti-seismic intensity is B level.
♦ According to the design requirements,the light pole material is made of high quality low carbon steel Q235,and the silicon content of stee isnot higher than 0.04%. Bending forming by a large bending machine,straigtness error is not more than 0.05%.
♦ Manufacturing technology:The light pole is formed integrally with smooth line,treated with internal and external hot
galvanizing.The process of galvanizing including acid washing, hot galvanizing, washing, passivation and so on. Conforms to the national standard GB/T13912-92.Zinc plating adhesion, conforms to the standard GB2694-88 request, the anticorrosion life is more than 30 years.
