Preparaion: Heat transfer printing silicone (code KD-SY1018), #1 or #3 Catalyst, Crosslinker #2A and catalyst #2B, Heat melt glue and PET film sheet.

Step 1: Mix heat transfer silicone SY1018 with catalyst at a ratio of 10:1, and print on PET film sheet for any thickness that you would like to have.

Everytime you print silicone needs baking to surface dry.

Step 2: Mix Crosslinker Special#2A with 2B at a ratio of 1:1, then print one or two times, NO baked (If bake may not stick with heat melt glue)

Step 3: Print heat melt glue 5-8 times to surface dry.

Step 4: Leave it for 4 hours and then put in oven and bake with 120 degree centigrade for an hour.

Step 5: Press it together with cloth at 160 degree centigrade for 15 sec then the pattern will be tranfered on cloth.
