Precautions

After the spray gun is stopped, the spray gun should be turned upside down to prevent it from flowing into the feed pipe.

After the machine is shut down, the air pipes and water pipes should be placed neatly, and the shotcrete machine and surroundings should be cleaned to deal with the rebound.

If blockage or wind stop is found during spraying, stop the machine immediately and turn the gun head upside down.

When dealing with a pipe blockage, it is strictly forbidden to stand in front of the muzzle to prevent sudden injection or pipe jumping and hurt people.

Clean the rubber sealing plate every shift and check the wear.

The steel liner must be checked once a week. If there is a deep scratch, it should be re-ground.
