Structure and working principle of compression garbage truck:
The compression garbage truck has the functions of automatic repeated compression and peristaltic compression. It has the advantages of high compression ratio, good sealing, large loading capacity, convenient operation, good environmental protection, high utilization power of the whole vehicle, reliable performance, durability, no worry about the license plate. It adopts brand chassis, numerous styles, reliable quality and national joint guarantee! The compression type garbage truck can be equipped with a back hanging bucket turnover mechanism or a garbage hopper turnover mechanism, which has the advantages of automatic operation, simple and efficient garbage collection mode. The garbage truck can be refitted into a special garbage truck according to the user's requirements.
The hydraulic system is composed of oil tank and filter system, oil pump, multi-way directional valve, one-way throttle valve, oil cylinder, oil pipe, etc. The power of the system comes from the engine. The power is separated by the power take-off, which drives the gear pump to work. The gear pump sucks the hydraulic oil through the oil filter to supply oil to the multi way valve. When the multi way valve is working, the negative pressure plate cylinder, slide plate cylinder, scraper cylinder, lifting cylinder or push plate cylinder will act. When the hydraulic cylinder is not working, the hydraulic oil will return to the oil tank directly through the multi way valve. The system mainly has the following functions: A. drive the compression mechanism to collect and scrape, and compress garbage; B. Hopper lifting and lowering; C. The pushing plate is used for precompression and garbage discharge, which realizes the ideal environmental protection product without secondary pollution
