All natural organic chickpea, carrot and ginger instant soup
High quality, all natural, organic instant soup, rich in fibers. Ready in 5 minutes.
We suggest to try it warm or with the addition of mint, thyme, tarragon, seeds or grains to give that summer touch.

1) COOKING IN A POT: pour 600 ml of cold water into a large pot. Add the contents of the packet by sprinkling, avoiding the formation of lumps. Stir with a whisk or fork and bring to boil; cook for 2 minutes. Add extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and your favorite spices to taste.

2) MICROWAVE COOKING: Pour the contents of the package into a container, add 600 ml of boiling water and stir to avoid the formation of lumps. Place in microwave and cook for 3 minutes at maximum power. Once ready, season with salt, pepper and spices to taste.
