009-2 is an automatic paper counting machine, which is very accurate, practical and efficient. Modular, advanced PLC control system and unique mechanical design concept are adopted. It is mainly used for counting paper after printing. It is the best choice for printing industry, banknote printing factory, Bill factory, paper factory, school test paper grouping, etc.
Functions
1.Paper counting mode: If this mode is selected, the machine will not insert labels and separate paper sheets.
2.Programming mode: With this function, you can set the frequency of inserting labels and the number of grouped sheets.This mode is suitable for the unequal volumes(each group can set 500 volumes of unequal number of paper), and similar operation can be set 2-9 times.
3. Equal volume mode:The number of each volume, the number of insert labels, and the total number of paper sheets can be set arbitrarily and modified on the touch screen .This machine also has the function of setting the initial parameters of the machine, such as setting the length of label tape, pressing board operation mode, data storage, high-speed and low-speed selection.
4.Comparison mode: This function is used to check whether the quantity is correct. For example, if you set the quantity of 100 sheets, the machine will automatically alarm if it is less than or more than 100 sheets after the counting is completed.
