The ZQZ5080YH road truck mounted asphalt patch plant is remanufactured on the basis of the chassis which is well known in domestic market. It could automatically elevate to feed stones and materials.
Bitumen Decanting system with Heating&Storage tank
800 litre bitumen heating/storage tank with drum decanting facility. Bitumen tank is heated by G20 Riello automatic diesel burner. The storage tank is heated by heating transfer oil. Operated by electric barrel hoist for lifting barrels into the drum holder.
Batch Heater
0.3m3 capacity, contra-rotating mixer with hard wearing removeable steel liners and paddles, shafts are mounted in bearings and driven directly from electric motor. Button operated outlet door for rapid discharge of mixed material.
CUMMINS Power Unit Generator
Air cooled diesel engine developing 20kW on load and using light diesel oil, with air filter, Oil filter and exhaust silencer. Electric start, drives motors for both heater drum and mixer.

Integrated control panel system
all the motors buttons are controlled at the center panel for easy operation. Omron heating oil temperature controller can also set on the panel.
