Hydraulic Tank lifting
YT Series Hydraulic Tank lifting device is a large-scale equipment specially designed for the national oil reserve project. The jacking system have finished the Aisa lagest oil tank with capacity of 100000cubic meter in 2000.
Features At A Glance
The equipments are mainly used for vertical tank top to bottom construction.
* each time lifting and lowering total only 10-20minutis
* The system utilizes PLC central control to handle lift. Each power pack is equipped with auxiliary balance device to guarantee the precision of simultaneously lifting.
* Hydraulic lift pump station has subsidiary manual control and central control two operation models. The cylinder can be adjusted to lift separately or to lift with several others as one group, and multi groups can also be integrated to lift reach better precision and better welding effect.
* All the cylinders are with safety valve. It can be automatically locked to avoid cylinder/ tank dropping even under situation of power off, high-pressure hose broken, burst.
*Cylinder will return to initial condition by itself weight or by PLC control
* Stroke of Hydraulic cylinder can satisfy each annular shell with 1500 to 3500mm one-step lift.
* Hydraulic cylinder basic height can match automatic girth welding machine to proceed internal girth seam welding.
* Module configuration, the jacking system quantity can be adjusted as per different size of tank and weight
* Can work well with tank welding machine
