Product introduction
YJX-220B is used for consistent inspection of capsules and plain or coated tablets.
The product flows from the feed hopper into a vibratory chute where a perforated screen eliminates coarse dust andchips which are then collected in a container. The product enters the inspection stage in a single layer. The capsulesand tablets are placed on rotating rollers and are continuously turned in front of the operator which ensures a reliableall-sided inspection. An adjustable
mirror enables the operator to examine the far side of the product. Optionally therotation speed of the inspection rollers is
adjustable with a separate drive unit, independent of the inspection speed.

The product flows from the feed hopper into a vibratory
chute where a perforated screen eliminates coarse dust and
chips which are then collected in a container.
The product enters the inspection stage in a single layer. The capsules and tablets are placed on rotating rollers. The
machine is equipped with two independent driving units,
they are conveying unit and rotating unit. The rollers are
moved forward by conveying unit so that the rollers convey capsules and tablets from the feed hopper to the discharge place.
Meantime, the rollers are rotated with itself by rotating unit so that the rollers make capsules and tablets rolling on the
rollers simultaneously, thus the capsules and tablets are continuously turned in front of the operator which ensures a reliable
all-sided inspection. Both the conveying speed and the rotating speed are variably regulated and they are separately controlled.
An adjustable mirror enables the operator to examine the far side of the product. Inspection rollers are made of GMP
approved transparent high density polymers. Lighting fixture installed underneath the roller conveyor belt, for illuminating the
product from below.
Defective capsules or tablets can be eliminated by the
operator with a flexible handhold vacuum nozzle.
If defective products appears in mass within short time, the
operator can step on foot pedal switch to stop conveying at
any time. While foot pedal switch is pressed, the product
keep rotating on the rotating roller at a separately adjustable speed.
Qualified product are unloaded from the discharge chute.
