HM HPL series High Class HPL Paneling System( Melamine High Pressure Laminates)

HPL Sandwich Panel Specification:

-Double sides HPL sheet Skin,    HPL skin thickness: 4mm, or 3mm

-Surface is smooth flush,  Fire resistance is class B or A.

- Standard Color: white/ivory.    Various colors for choose.

- Panel standard thickness : 50 mm,   Can custom-made 100 mm thickness.

-Panel standard width: 1200mm ,

 Panel standard length: 2400mm, 3000mm

-Insulation core material: TPS, EPS, PU, AH etc various material can be chosen.

-Supporting frame: 4 sides aluminum profile rimmed.

                 HM PCR series Modular PPGI Paneling System

Modular flush system:  flush with walls, windows, doors.

Steel skin in two sides:  Pre-Painted Galvanized Iron sheet.(PPGI)

   Standard Thickness: 0.5mm,   0.6mm as optional

Sandwich panel thickness: standard 50mm,  100m as optional choice.

Panel Width: 1180mm, 980mm, Panel Length: 2400mm, 3000mm.

Steel frame in four sides, a strong supporting.Joint by “ +” bar .

Sandwich panel thickness: 50mm.

Panel Width: 1180mm, 980mm, Panel Length: 2400mm-4000mm.

Steel skin thickness: 0.476, 0.426, or 0.376mm

No steel frame in four sides,   Joint by male & female type.
