HM PW series Purified Water Plant
Application: Purified water plant is composed of Reverse-Osmosis system(RO) and with pre-treatment filtering system. The main RO system is from USA, The pipelines from RO system to user points is stainless steel sanitary level in accordance with cGMP regulations.
It is suitable for production of purified water in pharmaceutical industry, such as purified water for solid dosage, liquid dosage, semi-solid, SVP injectable dosage, LVP I.V. solution, dialysis etc.

Reverse Osmosis RO system: Separate other objects from water under high resolution infiltration by pressures through RO membrane. It can effectively eliminate the dissolved salt in water, colloid, microbiology, heavy metals, organic matter, pyrogen, virus and germ etc.

This process operate in normal temperature, no phase change, does not produce secondary pollution.
HM DW series Multi-Column Distill Water Plant
Usage: distill purified water to get distilled water to match injection requirements , also generate pure steam in some times.
Suitable: water for injection (WFI), pyrogen free
Working principle: feed purified water into tube, steam evaporate then
cooling water condense it, repeatedly pass multi-column tubes,
final obtain distill water.

Usage: use industrial steam from boiler or electrical
heating to generate pure steam.It consists of feeding water pump ,pre-heater column,tube type evaporator,water and steam separation system,defogger and control system.
Suitable: cleam steam for the disinfections and sterilization (SIP)of solution mixing tank,holding tanks, pipelines ,water user points,apparatus and tools etc.
