The plate type sterilizer is also called sub-high temperature and short-time sterilization. The set temperature is from 60°C to 140°C.The plate-type ultra-high temperature sterilization equipment is a primary sterilization equipment specially designed for dairy beverages or similar liquid materials. It is an ideal equipment for materials to achieve the purpose of extending the shelf life through sterilization and cooling. According to the user's different process requirements for heating, sterilization, heat preservation, and cooling of different materials, different process combinations can be designed to meet process requirements, with various safety protection measures, high temperature alarms, and low temperature reflux functions. At the same time, the corresponding high-precision automatic control system can be configured according to user requirements.
The plate-type ultra-high temperature sterilization equipment is suitable for the process requirements of heating, sterilizing, heat preservation and cooling of heat sensitive liquids such as fresh milk, fruit juice drinks, and alcohol.

1. The materials and heating medium are heated in their own sealed systems through non-contact heat exchange to ensure the sanitary and safety of the materials.
2. The sterilization time is short, which can ensure that the nutrients of the materials are not destroyed.
3. The whole machine adopts food-grade stainless steel materials to ensure that it meets the national requirements for the safety and sanitation of beverage and food equipment.
4. Good heat transfer effect, high heat recovery rate and low energy consumption.
5. The main control components, valves and supporting parts are all imported parts with long service life.
6. Using PLC control, it can automatically control the heating temperature, hot water temperature, and steam flow adjustment of each section of the material, and is equipped with an automatic material reflux system to ensure that 100% of the material achieves the sterilization effect.
