1-3KVA Mobile 8 Spring Pressure Wire Copper Wire Butt Welder
- UN series butt-welders are unique, robust, rigid design intended for high force industrial applications. It is adaptable for multiple types of tooling, and can be rebuild with standard off-the-shelf parts. It can weld multiple types of cross-sections. Typical applications are joining straight wire or tubing, hot upset welding, welding circular or "D" rings, and "T" welds. They are widely used in the butt welding with the materials such as the steel, iron, copper and aluminum in the industries such as electric wire,drawbench,filler metal and the construction industry.
FEATURES AT A GLANCE
- The welders can be ordered on casters or v-wheels, to be easily slid in and out of a continuous wire straightener or when spool joining is required.
- Recirculating ball bearing cars and precision rails are applied for the upset welding action, for highest precision and repeatability.
- The lower power butt welder (1kVA, 3KVA) uses copper presser foot to compress the workpiece, the upset force is generated by spring. The left side of the body makes use of the upset force to regulate nuts and the body is fixed with 8-gear current adjusting switches. The welding process is finished under the reasonable current gear and upset force in the man-controlled time.
