Product Performance
The principle is to heat two surfaces to a specified temperature and then fuse them together by applying pressure. This pressure causes the flow of the metal covered material, which mixes and fuses together. As the PE pipe is heated, its molecular structure is transformed from a crystalline to an amorphous state. When pressure is applied, the molecules at the end of each tube are fused together. When the joint ends cool, the molecules return to the crystalline state, the initial interface is gone and the two tubes have become one homogeneous tube. zuiThe resulting tube interface will be as strong or stronger than the two tubes themselves.
