The FTV-1600S series standard vortex flowmeter is researched and produced according to the Karman vortex principle to measure the volume flow or mass flow of general gas, superheated steam, saturated steam, compressed air or liquid, with small pressure loss and large range. The accuracy is high, and it is hardly affected by the fluid density, pressure, temperature, and other parameters when measuring the volume flow of the working condition. There are no movable mechanical parts, so the reliability is high and the maintenance is small. The instrument parameters can be stable for a long time, and can work in the working temperature range of -20℃~+350℃. There are analog standard signals and digital pulse signal output, which is easy to use with digital systems such as computers.




Performance characteristics
The basic principle of the FTV-1600S series standard vortex flowmeter is the Karman vortex street phenomenon. When the medium flows through the triangular cylindrical vortex generator at a certain speed, two alternating rows of vortices are formed on both sides of it. This The vortex is called the Karman vortex street. On the basis of the Karman vortex street theory, Strouhal proposed that the frequency of the Karman vortex street is proportional to the flow velocity of the fluid.
