Since 2009, we have been focusing on the design, development and production of Dimmer PCB and Table Lamps. Soon we extended to Speed Controllers, thermoregulator and relative products. Currently, some of our products have attained ETL and EMC certification.

Q2. Can I have a sample order for your LED Dimmer/ Speed Controller?
A: Yes, we can send you stock samples or make new samples base on your requirement for testing. Mixed samples are acceptable. And usually we can supply 5 samples for each item free of charge.
Q3. What about the lead time?
A:For samples: 5-7 days, for mass production: 2 weeks.
Q4. What is your MOQ for Light Dimmer or Speed Controller?
A: MOQ 500 Pieces, several pieces for sample checking is available
Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For small quantity, we usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-4 days to arrive. For big quantity, we ship via airline and sea.
Q6. How to proceed an order for Light Dimmer or Speed Controller?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application. We can also draw the design for you.
Secondly we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Fourthly we arrange the production.
Q7. Is it OK to print my logo / item no. on the Light Dimmer or Speed Controller?
A: Yes. Printing on the PCB or case of controller is available for bulk production.
Q8. Do you offer guarantee for the Light Dimmer / Speed Controller?
A: Yes, we offer 1-3 years warranty to our products.
Q9. What is your product certified?
A: Some of our products passed CQC, CE, KC, ETL, UL.
Q10: How about the after-sales services?
A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defectiverate will be less than 0.2%. And, during the guarantee period, for defective products, we can repair them and resend them to you or we accept replacement or refund within 30 days after you received the products. We can also discuss the solution according to real situation.

A: Yes, we can ship by your appointed forwarder. If you don’t have an appointed forwarder, we can also ship by our cooperated forwarder. And we can check and send you the cost in your destination port for comparison.
