   EJON E9L ,professional led advertising signs ,customized flat aluminum materials,is a high-end  automatic channel letter bending machine.

     E9L equippped with high-power motor and driver to ensure the stability of feeding ,slotting and bending .The self-developed software system,with its own material database and high arcing .Double blading alternate bending  structure,adopts the bends structure cast by ductile iron,which has good shock absorption and high structural strength,reduces the number of parts and components,equipped with  high-power servo motor,accurate positioning ,fast response,smooth operation,effectively improve the positioning accuracy of high-speed bending,the minimum forming Angle up to R6.

     It adopts  the plane knife to make sure the slot smooth and free of burrs,it is easy  to process different thickness of material.

    The specially designed feeding roller is processed by CNC lathe to ensure the feeding accuracy and avoid scratching the material.The pneumatic feeding unit for free adjustment of material depth.Equipped with encoder compensation mechanism to ensure feeding accuracy.The feeding support adopts an integral casting structure,which effectively avoids the deformation generated during the feeding and ensure the stability of feeding.

    The feeding support adopts an integral casting strucure ,which effectively avoids the deformation generated during the feeding  and  ensures the stability of feeding.

 

 

 

2.Slotting System

 

 

 

      High strength alloy cutters are used for slotting knives ,each knife has 8 angles,no need to shapen,greatly improve the working life.

 

 

3.Bending system
