Detailed explanation of operation steps：
The automatic curve edge banding machine is specially designed for edge banding and trimming of wooden boards. The machine consists of an edge banding structure, a trimming machine structure and a vacuum suction cup rotating arm mechanism.
1. Step on the electric foot switch to start the edge sealing operation.
2. During edge sealing, the belt feeding mechanism and the gluing mechanism automatically convey the edge sealing belt, and apply high-temperature hot melt adhesive with a uniform and moderate thickness.
3. Then transfer the coated edge banding tape to the proper position of the edge banding roller, and the automatically rotating edge banding roller and the automatic plate conveying mechanism complete the automatic edge banding together.
4. For finishing, the start and stop of the trimming motor is controlled by operating the compound electric button on the trimming machine.
5. During operation, use the pneumatic foot switch to manually insert the plate to be modified into the upper and lower trimming guide wheels of the trimmer, and complete the upper and lower edge trimming and side action by contacting the edge trimming arc guide plate and the high-speed rotating trimming knife.
