Gluing&Pressing line

A complete plywood press line consists of three main machines, glue spreader + plywood cold press + plywood hot press.

We could customize machines according to plywood size and plywood capacity.

Plywood hot press will decide plywood capacity , so , semi-automatic plywood hot press and full automatic plywood hot press for your choice.And, we could also make more openings, such as 20 layers, 30 layers and 40 layers.

Besides these 3 main machines, some other auxiliary equipment, such as ground roller, x lift etc.

Our glue spreader is a double sides gluing machines,is widely demanded in plywood industries to apply glue on different types and
thickness of Plywood.
Our offered range is used in various industries such as Plywood industry, Veneer industry.
With sturdy metal plate, Gear transmission, automatic out feeding conveyor and high quality electric components.

COLD PRESS

Cold press is also called pre-press,it is a necessary equipment for processing plywood,suitable for 3'x7',4'x8' plywood production.
Before hot press,cold press could press the core veneer together to ensure veneer surface flat and quick-remove.
Compress with a certain pressure,time and temperature to harden adhesive.
Our factory could provide 400 ton, 500 ton , customized pressure is available.
