Reminders
DIY battery pack must get the cells balanced (same voltage ) before assembling. Otherwise, faults caused by not knowing how to assemble or the wrong assembly are not guaranteed in warranty. Professionals will detect all voltage / resistance / appearance, and other issues before delivery, we can only ensure that every battery is of good quality.After arrival, you can test the cells within 5 days, after that, it will be seen that the batteries are all fine and available, return or refund will not be adopted. The battery can only be returned in the state of unused (the electrode intact, no welding, no wear, with a complete and perfect appearance). Buyers need to be responsible for the shipping fee.
1). Warranty period:5 years(from the date when products are successfully delivered), if any single battery's capacity is less than 80% initial capacity, take the testing pictures or video to us, we will replace it or offer satisfied solutions.
2). If any missing or damage happens during the shipping process. Please contact us firstly, then send us the picture or video to check. In case of loss of cargo or the battery is damaged and can not be used or other risks of use, we will communicate with the buyer to offer the solutions of resending, replacing, or refunding. If buyers require sending back the cells to the seller, buyers should pay for the shipping costs.
3). Under these circumstances, no return nor refund will be provided: 1. Any problems occur after the assembly or in the assembly process, such as the protection board connected to the wrong wire leading to battery damages, charger failure, assembly errors or unbalanced assembly, etc. 2. For damage caused, such as battery bulging / welding, battery-pack damages caused by charging without the protection of BMS.
