SJSZ-80 Conical Twin-screw Extruder
1) Adopting high quality screws made of 38CrMoAlA, which is treated by percolating nitrogen.
2) The depth of screw percolating nitrogen is 0.5~0.6mm, hardness (HV) 800~900, surface roughness Ra≤0.8um.
3) The depth of feeding hopper is 0.5~0.7mm, hardness over (HV) 950, inner wall roughness Ra≤1.6um.
4) Adopting high quality reducer case, driving by inclined gears treated by percolating nitrogen and polishing.

6) Cooling mode of roller: by air. Adopting casting aluminum heating ring, heating power: 36kw.

All our machine would have a warranty of 12 months since the date of machine installation in client's factory. And beyond warranty period, we can offer pare parts or repair service with or without charges
