For customers who can provide samples or sketches, Zeco offers product design service.Product design service for regular customers is free of charge.For new customers, the design fee is also refunded immediately upon order.Our product designer can handle CAD,UG,SOLIDWORKS,PROE which output most of the format which customers need.More important our designers can also speak English that will help to improve the work efficiency
Product Design Optimization
What makes us different from many other companies is that every time we get a project drawing we naturally want to understand the structural features needed for the product to function and try to help our clients optimize the structure to reduce their costs. At the same time, we will also make design optimization suggestions free of charge to our clients based on our past project experience to help them complete their development smoothly.
Prototype Making
About prototype, first of all, we are not a company specializing in prototype making, so we not many prototype equipment.We supply customers CNC machined prototype,SLA printed prototype and some PLA printed prototype.If you need material to be very similar to final product,suggest CNC machining prototype.If you just want to check the assembly fitting condition and looking or take photos fr marketing,3D printing is preferred.
Injection Mold Making
As an important tool for production, the precision and smoothness of the mold will have a huge impact on the cost and delivery time of mass production.Since Zeco has in-house molds making equipment so we can control the quality of the molds well. Zeco especially good at over molding molds,and family molds which holds more than one part in one mold.Good craftsmanship is the foundation of a good mold.And the meticulous handling of the mold is just the embodiment of our good craftsmanship
Injection Molding Manufacturing
Our production capacity of injection molding is mainly reflected in the varied size of injection machines, high degree of mechanization, high production efficiency, thus effectively reducing production costs while ensuring delivery time.Zeco has injection machines from 50T to 2000T means we can handle needle tip sized small part as well as refrigerator body sized big parts.Automatic feeding system, robot arm and automatic transmission system, these are very crucial for a modern injection molding plant
Post Processing
Our post processing service mainly including:1-LOGO printing :we provide silk printing,pad printing,hot transfer printing,gold stamping 2-Welding: ultrasonic welding and hot riveting welding,these can be workable for water-tight requests 3-Assistance in processing special certifications:we have experiences on QS, TUV, IP,IPX ,CE and so on.4-Painting and Plating:painting and plating provided
Assembly And Packing
Now Zeco has two assembly lines,one automatic assembly line and one manual assembly line.For products which consist of more than 10 parts while quantity is not big up to millions suggest use our manual assembly line.For product contains less than 10 items and annual demand is huge then we can provide our automatic assembly line for this service and even customize automatic assembly line for customers
Loading And Shipping
For transportation we mainly involved sea, air, rail transport (more often use for European area) and international express.
We got very good discount rate from FEDEX,DHL so for orders with small volume use our FEDEX and DHL is cost effective.
We have good cooperation with Alibaba sea shipping service for full container sea shipping as well.
Out Sourcing, Supplier Payment And Management

1-we can help you to do sourcing:if you want to release yourselves from manage 10+ suppliers just for one project,then you can handle your whole project to us,and let us handle all the sourcing,payments ,shipping and supplier management for you.We can help to out sourcing,package,metal parts,PCB,LED and so on
2-we can help you collecting products and stock:if you have other items which not supplied by us,we can also allow your supplier send us these products for assembly and stock even just to share the container (we help loading the container)
3-we can supply door to door service which means from our factory to your address,so you won't need to bother for shipping either tax
4-we can supply you with QC for other suppliers products:you can have us to your suppliers' place for QC,we can also help you do the incoming inspection.
Factory Display
Zeco is part of a group company which mainly focus on plastic products customizing industry.Now our group has two factories and two sales agencies.We have offices and factories in both Shanghai and Kunshan Jiangsu.All branches are very easy to reach.Our Shanghai factory is 50km away from Shanghai Seaport and only 20km away from Shanghai Hongqiao Airport very easy to reach.Our Shanghai factory covers an area of 6,000 square meters and our Kunshan factory was built in 2019 and will be in production in 2022.
Zeco Shanghai Factory Injection Molding Line
Shanghai facility now has 36 injection machines,the biggest machine is 1100T which can handle items weight up to 5800g. In this facility we have more than 100 workers are reach skilled since they followed us ever since our company started in 2005.
Zeco Shanghai Factory Injection Mold Making Line
Shanghai facility also equipped with mold making shop.Our Injection mold tooling output capacity is 50-80sets/month biggest 6 tons.All tooling staffs with fine craftsmanship,6 pre-project mold design engineers can also help customers to do design analysis and moldflow analysis.
Kunshan Factory Injection Molding Line
Our Kunshan fatory just put into production in 2022,all new brand machines with high tolerance and stable product condition.The biggest injection machine is 2000T，can handle product big up to 10kg like plastic crate,big plastic auto parts and big equipment parts.This new injection molding line also equipped with automatic feeding system, which saved labor cost and also helped improve the material precise and hygiene level.
Kunshan Factory Injection Mold Making Line
Our Kunshan factory mold making line with a team of 20 experienced workers,monthly output is 40-60 sets. Our new mold processing equipment can effectively guarantee the delivery time as well as providing high precision.Small molds 2 weeks delivery,bigger molds 3-4 weeks delivery,molds big up to 2000kg takes 6 week to get ready for T0.What's more, our first sample pass rate is 90%.Save your time and works.
Strict Quality Inspection Process
Both of our two facilities passed ISO 9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015.We strictly follow up the QC procedure and management procedure to make sure all the products production under controlled.We believe do it right from the very first time can save all related parties time and money.
Our quality inspectors are on duty 24 hours a day, and we provide quality inspection training to all employees at least 4 times a year.
Sophisticated Inspection Equipment
To do a great job, firstly you have to get a good tool. To do a good job in quality inspection and quality control, accurate and stable quality inspection tools are essential.We have high precision measuring instruments. In order to ensure the fairness and accuracy of the measurement, we insist on doing the calibration certification of the inspection tools regularly.Our quality inspectors have undergone rigorous training and assessment before they start work.
Well Organized Warehouse
We have large-capacity warehouses in each of our plants with standardized management.In our Shanghai factory, we have raw material warehouse, package material warehouse, daily use material warehouse and big product storage warehouse which can hold 2400 m3. We are equipped with an advanced warehouse management system to ensure the first-in, first-out of materials.Clean,well-organized big warehouses is an important guarantee for the successful completion of major projects, especially those with large volumes or Multi-parts need assembly and stock.
