TB-401 Water-based Heat Transfer Ink
1, Properties
Eco-friendly , low odor.
Formulated on non-PVC containing resins and non-phthalate plasticisers.
Superb screen stability,
Excellent wash resistance, up to 60 degree
Excellent opacity.
Super stretch
Soft handle-transfers are comfortable to wear.
2, Curing
The ink film must be fully cured to generate the best wash and stretch. Excessive temperatures and too short drying time should be avoided to maximize the cure of the ink, so that no water remains trapped the ink film. Factors including ink film thickness, color and drying equipment all influence the curing schedule needed. Normally convection oven, infra-red or heated wicket conveyor: 40-80degree, 30-120minuts, subject to the actual drying result.
3, Color Range
White and clear, mixed MT water-based pigments. Refer to color guide.
4, Applications
Suitable for most common, polyester, nylon, spandex and blend fabric, such as T-shirts, sportswear, underwear, etc. Typically used for tagless label and litho back-up transfer printing
5, Technical process
1)Screen printing TB color on pet release film
2)Screen printing migration resistant black TB515 if needed
3)Screen printing clear then sprinkling hot melt powder, or screen printing water based heat transfer adhesive.
