The track link pin press is a special tool by utilizing the conversion from hydraulic energy into mechanical energy to
dis-assembly the track pin of a crawler excavator.

Manual, electrical or manual and electrical pump is used as a power source to move the hydraulic jack forward so that the pin can be removed smoothly. Instead of gas cutting and hammering, it ensures that the track is intact.
It is an ideal special tool for track excavator maintenance and assembly.
Hydraulic system of electrically driven track press: hydraulic system (pump station) is installed on the right side of the host. The entire hydraulic control system drives the high-pressure pump to input the pressure oil through the motor.
After the solenoid reversing valve, the oil is respectively input to enable the cylinder plunger to reciprocate up and down. In the neutral position,the system is unloaded and the oil flow goes into the tank.
The press is electro-hydraulic controlled. Extra hand pump can be equipped for field operation without power supply.
