KINGREAL Ladder Tray Roll Forming Machine
The machine for creating channel ladder cable trays can create ladder-side bridges in four different sizes: 100, 150, 200, and 250. By switching out the spacer sleeve of the roll, the specifications of the ladder-side bridges that are created can be flexibly altered.
The main machine is a combination and adjustable form, without changing the rolls, one set of rolls can complete the rolling of any specifications of the bridge profiles. This production line is a special piece of machinery for the production of one-time forming the cable trays, with servo feeding and online punching.
