Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a wooden product manufacturing factory. We have been in the wood product industry for 15 years.Wood cutting board, cheese board, kitchenware, knife block all are our main products.
Q: Can you make customized designed products?
A: Of course. You can customize any wood products you want with us. You can tell us the size, material, shape, and craft you want. We can even customize packaging for you.
Q: What about the leading time for mass production?
A: 35-60 days for wooden products which depends on order quantity & design after sample confirmed. Please confirm with us again when place the order.
Q: How do you guarantee the quality?
A: We start to control the quality of products from material selection. All of our wood is grade A wood. Compared with other low-quality wood, A-grade wood has smaller color difference, fewer insect holes, and no breakage. In addition, in the production process, we have added 4 quality inspection procedures in the assembly line. Only qualified products can enter the next process. The final product needs to go through the joint inspection of several quality inspectors to ensure that it is qualified before it can be shipped. From material selection to production to shipment, we strictly guarantee the quality requirements of the products.
Q: How about the packing and shipping?
A: Normally, all the products would be wrapped with plastic film to avoid moisture and damage on the surface. Then different carton box were used for packaging, depending on the requirement of the customer. For ocean shipment, we might also use wooden pallet for convenient loading or down loading. Customized logo and package is also acceptable.
