PODERE PANOLFO Farm is located in Umbria in the territory of the municipality of Montecchio, in the province of Terni, counted among the Italy's Most Beautiful Villages. In a beautiful hilly setting covered with olive groves and vineyards, it overlooks Lake Corbara on one side and the Tiber Valley on the other. About 25 km from the splendid city of Orvieto and just over 30 km from the equally splendid city of Todi. The property is spread over a land of about 40 hectares, historically named PODERE PANOLFO.
The PODERE PANOLFO Farm has decided to make HIGH QUALITY the cornerstone of its corporate mission. Concreteness and quality assurance are the working method used and can be documented through the highest formal certifications available in the oil production segment. PODERE PANOLFO Farm's production of extra virgin olive oil is certified both as Organic Farming and as Protected Denomination of Origin DOP Umbria Colli Orvietani.
As evidence of a focus from the beginning on pursuing criteria of excellence in production, the farm was one of the first in Umbria to receive DOP certification with the DOP Umbria certified operator number N. 138, obtained in 1999 by the founders of Azienda Agricola Panolfo, Annamaria and Silvano. Today there are more than 6500 DOP Umbria operators.

Extra virgin olive oil that gives off an intense fruity smell of green grass and wild garlic, in the mouth it is bitter and spicy with a pleasant bitterness. The oil shows a molten yellow-green color. The harvesting of olives of the Moraiolo variety is done completely by hand and with great care and diligence. It is an Organic, Monovarietal Moraiolo extra virgin olive oil, year of production 2022, 100% Italian.
