Top hat machine is used for reinforcement of the shelves, this lines include manual decoiler, roll forming system, hydraulic cutting to any length and out put table to receive the products
Material for this machine is galvanized steel or color steel,we can according to customer design, manufacture different specifications of cold-formed, for the furring channel ( hat profile), we can make dot which is embossing pattern in the hat top.

Top hat style pallet supports are called “Top Hat” because they are shaped like top hat! The advantage to these crossbars is that they sit down flush with the top of the beam!
Top hat pallet supports are ideal for supporting the bottom of pallets stored in a selective pallet rack system. Pallet rack supports are the most economical method for supporting full pallet loads stored in industrial selective pallet rack shelving.

• Gives support to bottom of pallets while stored in pallet rack
• Reduce load times by giving lift truck driver confidence when loading pallets on high beam levels
• This increased confidence decreases loading times of forklift drivers
